Overturned truck shuts down portion of Highway 78 - WCIV-TV | ABC News 4 - Charleston News, Sports, Weather

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) - An overturned 18-wheeler at the 1700 block of Highway 78 shut down traffic Monday night.

A spokesperson for Dorchester County EMS said the truck was making a turn when the rear wheels went into a ditch, causing it to overturn.

No one was injured in the accident, but they do expect traffic to be backed up for some time Monday night.
