COLLETON, S.C. (WCIV) -- A man wanted for a November night club shooting is now in custody.

Officials with the Colleton County Sheriff's Department said Kaylon Aiken was arrested by deputies in the Smoaks area of Colleton County.

He was taken into custody after the Sheriff's Office got a tip he would be back in the Smoaks area Tuesday.

Aiken is being charged with the shooting outside Club Plum Crazy last month that injured two women who were leaving the club.

According to witnesses, a fight inside the club spilled outside. One woman had a gunshot wound to her abdomen. The other had a gunshot wound to her left knee, deputies said.

Both victims survived the shooting and was later released from the hospital.

Aiken is being charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
