Family displaced, one injured by fire in Moncks Corner - WCIV-TV | ABC News 4 - Charleston News, Sports, Weather

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCIV) - A Moncks Corner family of five, including two children, was displaced from their home by a fire on Sunday morning.

The fire happened at 631 Murraysville Road in Moncks corner.

Responders say a 46-year-old man was injured in the fire, suffering burns to his head and back.  Officials say the fire is still under investigation.

The Red Cross provided the family with the funds to replace clothing and shoes lost in the fire.  They also provided comfort kits and toys for the child.
