NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Tricounty Family Ministires brought the warmth of holiday season to nearly 1,000 people on Friday.
Ministry workers distributed coats and toys and served a huge holiday feast.
Santa even shed a tear when he said all the help being given at Cherokee Methodist Church on Friday.
"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh. We cry every day, not just this time of year, because that is what we see every day trying to feed people and give them clothes and medicine," said Sue Hanshaw with Tricounty Family Ministries.
The ministry provides food, clothing and other vital services to the less fortunate.
