PASADENA, CA. (WCIV) - A Lowcountry murder victim was honored for being an organ donor during the Rose Bowl Parade on Tuesday.

Maraleius Birdsong was shot and killed while on the job delivering a Domino's Pizza last March.

Birdsong was an organ donor and saved the lives of four people. His gift of life was honored on the "Donate Life" float in Pasadena.

Birdsong was one of 72 people honored on the float.
