CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Police on Wednesday released a sketch of a man they believe robbed another man at gunpoint in a mall bathroom on Christmas Eve.
The robbery was reported in the restroom near the Palmetto Moon store around 4:30 p.m.
Police say the man they are looking for is a black male with medium skin tone and a "high and tight" hair style. The possible suspect is approximately 5'6" to 5'7" in height and 28-30 years of age. The victim and witness told police that the robber had a small amount of scruffy facial hair. The jacket has red stripes down both sleeves.
The robber was carrying a revolver that he used to threaten the victim and steal the victim's wallet and cash. Both the victim and witness described the robber's outward appearance as unkempt.
There is no vehicle information as of yet associated with the suspect.
