CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- The life of a former College of Charleston president was honored Monday on the campus he helped to build.
Friends, family and colleagues said goodbye to Ted Stern, a man many consider to be the College's most influential president at a ceremony on the Cistern Monday afternoon.
Stern is credited with taking the small private school and turning it into a nationally renowned public college.
