WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCIV) -- People who didn't get enough of the city-wide Restaurant Week that ended Sunday can head to the Avondale neighborhood in West Ashley where a separate restaurant week is just starting.
For the third year, the Avondale business district has participated in the week-long event. The week starts Monday and ends Jan. 27.
At each participating restaurant, customers can enjoy three course meals for $20, including Triangle Char and Bar, Pearlz Little Oyster Bar, The Roost, Mellow Mushroom and Al Di La.
"Great, great restaurants. Great menus, great food, really kind of a cool feel. You can come in and get a drink at one place and walk across the street and have dinner at another. Enjoy the restaurant week and end up having drinks somewhere else," said the week's cofounder, Mike Lotz.
The area also has complimentary valet parking during the busiest nights of the week.
