Tulsa Homicide Detectives say they have issued a warrant for a son's arrest after his mother was found dead.

A news release indicates the detectives have enough information to request a warrant for first degree murder.

Police said family members walked in to see 56-year-old Linda Laird dead late Tuesday morning in South Tulsa.

She died from a gunshot wound to her head. Laird's son, Henry David Laird, was also at the house near 71st and Yale,  but quickly left without warning with another male.

Henry David Laird is a 17-year-old white male with reddish to pink hair and blue eyes. He is 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Henry also goes by the name Hank.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS or text TIP918 to Crimes (274637).
