CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) -- Voters can get a quick lesson on the state's new voter ID law.
On Tuesday, the Charleston County Board of Elections held a free seminar for the public where they provided information about the new requirements.
The information provided will come in handy during the March 19 primary for the First Congressional District race.
"What's changed with the voter registration card is now it's going to have a photo and now you're going to have to come to that office to get that photo on the registration card. But we've also added two other forms of identification, a military ID and a passport," said Charelston County Elections Director Joseph Debney.
Wednesday's seminar will be held at 2 p.m. at 4367 Headquarters Road.
