New housing development opens in Summerville area

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) -- Lennar, a major homebuilder in the U.S., is opening a new neighborhood on Saturday.

Lennar has 40 home sites available at Braeland that start in the low $130s. These one- and two-story plans have three or four bedrooms, two baths and two car garages.

The new neighborhood is near downtown Summerville and is in the Dorchester County school system.
