Video of altercation outside women's clinic leads to arrest

WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCIV) -- An argument between an anti-abortion protester and a man at a women's clinic in West Ashley has escalated into assault charges.

According to the incident report, 81-year-old William Edward Gasque was protesting abortion at the Charleston Women's Medical Clinic on Highway 61 Saturday afternoon when 60-year-old Larry Carter Center bumped him with his car. 

The incident was filmed by another anti-abortion protester and uploaded to YouTube.

Center was arrested Friday and charged with simple assault.
