County's HEAT deputies cracking down on drunken driving

WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCIV) - Deputies said they are cracking down on drivers who choose to drink and drive west of the Ashley this weekend.

The Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic team plans to have extra enforcement in West Ashley and James Island Friday and Saturday nights.

Deputies said the increased patrols started at 6 p.m. on Friday and will last until 4 a.m. Sunday.
