DEA, deputies make meth lab bust in Summerville

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) - Three people were arrested Tuesday morning after Berkeley County deputies found a shake-and-bake meth lab in the Sangaree community.

According to Berkeley County Sheriff's Office spokesman Dan Moon, Jonathan Haynes, Sharon Lynn Haynes and Temera Scott were all arrested as a result of the find. All three were charged with possession of methamphetamine and attempting to manufacture methamphetamine.

Moon said several bottles of the drug were found in the home.

Agents from the DEA and county deputies are still at the home.

Moon said he thought all of the suspects lived in the house, adding that two of them are related.
