GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCIV) -- A high speed chase that started in Mount Pleasant ended up in Georgetown according to deputies.

According to Georgetown County Sheriff's Deputies, they got a call around 4 a.m. Monday asking for help in the chase down Highway 17 North.

CCSO deputies were chasing a van driven by suspects who were believed to have stolen two motorcycles.

GCSO deputies put out stop sticks between the North Santee River and the South Santee River. Those stop sticks punctured the right front tire of the van.

Deputies said the van came to a stop in the median and three black male suspects fled into the woods. Deputies from both counties chased after the suspects and arrested them without incident.

The suspects, 34-year-old Lamont Orange Deas, 29-year-old Brandon Priest and 21-year-old Adrian Marcus Robinson were turned over to the Mt. Pleasant Police Department.

Deas and Priest were charged with grand larceny, driving under suspension and failure to stop for blue lights. They were each given a bond amount of $10,652.50.

Robinson was charged with grand larceny and failure to stop for blue lights. He was given a total bond of $9,000.
