The DSS agent also said the victim had been sexually assaulted by Walker on two occasions, once at the age of four and another at the age of eight.

The child's mother told deputies she would take the victim to a safe place. The child was also given an appointment with the Lowcountry Children's Center.

Walker was arrested Monday.

A day earlier, the victim's mother told deputies that Walker had threatened to kill her and himself if he was arrested.

"If I go to jail, I will get out on bond, then I will kill the kids, I will kill you and then myself," Walker allegedly told her.
