GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCIV) - Three teens were arrested and charged with breaking into a home in the Pee Dee over the weekend.
According to the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office, 18-year-old Jamah Davis, 17-year-old Dequan Wilson and an unnamed 16-year-old broke into the Hicks Drive home around 1 p.m. on Feb. 3 when they realized the homeowners were there.
They ran into a wooded area, but the description provided by the homeowner led the their capture, deputies said.
One of the suspects was found at a nearby community center. The other two were found a short time later, deputies said.
The trio was charged with second-degree burglary. Davis and Wilson were taken to the Georgetown County Detention Center until their bond hearings.
The juvenile was handed over to family members and given a summons for the burglary charge.
