Georgetown man arrested for burglary

GEORGETOWN, S.C. — A Georgetown County man was arrested and charged with burglary on Thursday.

According to the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office, 36-year-old Charles Aaron Cribb was charged with burglary in connection to a Jan. 18 break-in of a home.

Deputies said Cribb broke into a Marion Drive home and stole furniture and appliances and then tried to sell the stolen goods.

Cribb is being held at the Georgetown County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
