Traffic on Highway 169 is backed up while crews clean up after a semi-truck crashes.

It happened Friday just after 11 a.m. on the entrance ramp from Pine to Hwy 169 southbound.

A semi truck carrying dry cement turned onto its side.

HAZMAT crews worked to clean up the scene and Tulsa Police Officers directed traffic around the area.
