James Island woman found stabbed to death

JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV) - A James Island woman was found stabbed to death in her home on Sunday.

According to Charleston police, the 25-year-old woman whose identity has not yet been released was found in a bedroom of the Encampment Court apartment. The suspect was found in another bedroom, police said. 

Police later said the death appears to have been domestic-related.
