CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston Police arrested a burglary suspect Sunday and it turns out he was out on bond for a burglary that happened three months ago.

On February 7, 2013, the River Bank Veterinary Clinic on Maybank Highway was burglarized. Police say someone shattered the front glass doors and removed money from a lockbox.

The suspect, 41-year-old James Anthony Cooper, is charged with burglary in the second degree.

Police said Copper was already on probation for a burglary offense and he was out on bond for the November 7, 2012 burglary at Wellness Plus on Physicians Drive.
