CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- A man accused of murdering his girlfriend went before a bond judge Wednesday afternoon.
The suspect, 30-year-old Robert Kronsberg, is accused of killing 25-year-old Tasha Lucia of James Island.
According to the affidavit, Kronsberg hit Lucia in the head with a hammer and stabbed her in the chest with a kitchen knife. The affidavit says it was the stab wound that killed her.
Witnesses say Kronsberg then went to sleep in the front bedroom, only feet away from her body.
A police report says Kronsburg, better known as Tilghman Kronsberg, was found with blood
on his upper body, as well as a self-inflicted cut on his wrist.
Kronsberg was denied bond, as is usual in for a murder charge. A bond of $100,000 was set for a weapons charge.
