CROSS, S.C. (WCIV) -- Smoke was still rising from the rubble hours after an early morning fire Friday.
All that remained of the structure on Spiers Landing Road in Cross was some charred wood. Fire officials in Berkeley County had already cleared the scene when our ABC News 4 crew arrived around 1:30 a.m.
There's no word yet what started the fire or if anyone was hurt.
