Deputies ask for statewide help in locating missing woman

KERSHAW, S.C. (WCIV) -- The Kershaw County Sheriff's Office and Crime Stoppers are asking for help to find a missing person. 

Arseli Read also known as "Salley" has not been seen since January 21, 2013. 

According to a release from the State Law Enforcement Division, Ms. Read flew into South Carolina and checked into the Ramada Limited located at 542 Hwy 601 S, Lugoff, SC on January 20, 2013. 

Investigators report Ms. Read was supposed to meet a male friend named Vick, and checked out of the Ramada on January 21, 2013. 

The incident report stated that Read was scheduled to arrive in Australia on February 20, 2013.  According to the complainant, she never arrived home.

Read is described as a female, age 46, 5', with black hair, brown eyes, weighing 145 lbs.
