HANAHAN, S.C. (WCIV) -- The mother of the 5-month-old boy who police say was thrown to the floor by his father is now also facing charges.
Hanahan police have charged 30-year-old Rachael Felicia Enciso with unlawful conduct towards a child and could face up to 10 years in prison.
POlice have also added an unlawful conduct charge to the boy's father, 23-year-old Derek Allan Stilson. He was charged with infliction of great bodily injury upon a child on Monday.
Police say the child remains in critical condition at MUSC.
