NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - North Charleston police officers found a working meth lab in a Rivers Avenue motel in North Charleston last Friday.
According to a police report, officers went to the Siesta Motor Lodge after receiving reports of suspected drug use. When officers went to room 114, they saw a small meth laboratory set up on the floor.
Police identified the people in the room as Jerome Brown and Christina Marie Anderson. Both were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.
After his Miranda rights were read to him, Brown told officers that all of the materials were his, according to a police report.
