NBSC bank robbed in Murrells Inlet

MURRELLS INLET, S.C. (WCIV) - The NBSC Bank on Highway 17 in Murrells Inlet was robbed Monday afternoon, sheriff's deputies said.

According to the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office, the suspect is a white man under six feet tall wearing dark clothes and a mask.

After the robbery, the suspect was seen leaving in a bright blue compact hatchback.

Officials did not say if the man had a weapon.
