A Muskogee man charged in connection with the 2011 shooting death of a toddler was found not guilty, Tuesday Afternoon.

Elbert Meeks was accused of shooting Ja'Cion Logan in the head during a home break-in in December of 2011.

Meeks told investigators that he was at home celebrating his birthday at the time of the shooting.

The jury took only forty-five minutes to reach its verdict, Tuesday.
