MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCIV) - Berkeley County Water & Sanitation has lifted a boil water advisory for people living in the Berkeley County Country Club Subdivision.
The safety advisory was in response to a water main break that had the system shut down.
Once pressure was restored to the water main, crews flushedf the system and checked water samples to ensure safe drinking water was restored.
The test results came back Sunday, and indicate that residents no longer need to boil their water.
