Bond set for man facing felony DUI, child endangerment charges

CHARLESTON, S. C. (WCIV) - A man faces felony DUI charges for a wreck on I-26 Saturday morning that killed one woman and sent two toddlers to the hospital.

Bond was set at $94,000 Sunday morning for 30-year-old Jonathan Greene.  Troopers say Greene ran off I-26 and hit a tree near mile marker 204 around 9 a.m. Saturday morning.

The coroner says 29-year-old Haley Branham was in the passenger seat and died in the accident.

According to the Highway Patrol, a 1-year-old and 3-year-old were in the backseat and were taken to MUSC for treatment. Their condition is unknown at this time.

Green faces felony DUI involving death, felony DUI involving great bodily injury, and two charges for child endangerment, according to troopers.
