Family cat dies in West Ashley apartment fire - WCIV-TV | ABC News 4 - Charleston News, Sports, Weather

WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCIV) - An apartment fire in West Ashley damaged three units Sunday and left a family cat dead.

Crews responded to visible smoke at the Village Square Apartments on North Woodmere Drive in West Ashley just before 2 p.m. Sunday. 

Firefighters were able to put out the blaze in about an hour, but say three units were damaged.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
