PEORIA, AZ, March 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Viking Minerals Inc. (OTCBB : VKML) announces on behalf of the Board of Directors that the Company has filed the 10-Q quarterly financials on March 13, 2013 and accepted by the Regulatory authorities.

The Company expects to begin preparation for the 10-K ANNUAL REPORT PURSUANT TO SECTION 13 OR 15(d) OF THE SECURUTIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 within 10 business days and expects to be completed by April 30, 2013.

The Company expects to have a detailed Corporate update pertaining to financial agency agreement and potential acquisition update.
