Gov. Haley to hold egg hunt at Governor's Mansion

Posted: Updated:

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Gov. Nikki Haley is holding an Easter egg hunt at the Governor's Mansion for children who have spent time in the hospital.

The hunt starts at 4:30 p.m. Monday. It has been a tradition since it was first organized in 1986 by Ann "Tunky" Riley, the late wife of Gov. Dick Riley.

Haley has invited children treated at Palmetto Health Children's Hospital in Columbia to search for the eggs with her family.
