COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCIV) -- A federal grand jury in Charleston indicted three Lowcountry men Thursday morning, according to U.S. Attorney Bill Nettles.

A Beaufort man was indicted for allegedly possessing and distributing child porn.

According to Nettles, 27-year-old Joseph Austin Jenkins of Okatie, was indicted on two counts of possessing and distributing child porn, violations that could land him a 30-year prison sentence if he's convicted.

A Charleston man, identified by Nettles as 51-year-old Perry Miles, was indicted on a single count of embezzling from an employee pension plan. If he is convicted, he faces a 5-year sentence and a $250,000 fine.

And a Hampton County man was indicted on a single count of failing to register as a sex offender. Nettles said 63-year-old Woodrow J. Stewart faces 10 years in prison if he is convicted.
