LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) -
A Lebanon man has been arrested for robbing a pawn shop at gunpoint and then attempting to rob a woman of her bicycle for his getaway, according to police.
Edwin Vasquez-Santana, 20, was charged with two counts of robbery and sent to the Lebanon County Prison on $100,000 bail for the incident Tuesday afternoon, Lebanon police said.
Vasquez-Santana is accused of taking cash and merchandise during the armed robbery at Ken's Gold Mine, in the 800 block of Quentin Road.
Responding officers took him into custody in the area of Cornwall Road and
Thru Street and recovered items taken during the robbery, police said.
Officers said they later learned that Vasquez-Santana had attempted to rob a 40-year-old Lebanon woman of her bicycle in the area of 800 Cornwall Road while he was fleeing the pawn shop.
