Exercise Could Help Men Avoid, Survive Cancer

We all know exercise has many benefits.

For men, that could include warding off cancer and boosting survival rates.

Researchers from the University of Vermont studied more than 17,000 men for 20 years.

Those who exercised the most were 68% less likely to develop lung cancer..

Plus, they were 38% less likely to develop colorectal cancer.

For those who were diagnosed had a survival rate that was 14% higher if they exercised.
