Man arrested after police find cocaine in his home

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- A search warrant issued for a Charleston home led  police to confiscating more than 50 grams of cocaine and more than $3,000 in cash, according to a release.

Desmon Lamar Grant, 29, was arrested on Wednesday and faces drug charges.

At Grant's home at 88 Romney Street, police found 53 grams of cocaine, 11 grams of cocaine base and $3,300 in cash.

He is charged with trafficking cocaine, trafficking cocaine base and manufacturing cocaine base.

Grant is being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center.

Police are still investigating.
