Tulsa County Sheriff's Office employees caught a woman smuggling contraband into the jail and was arrested Friday, July 5.

According to a TCSO news release, employees discovered 22-year-old Ayla Brady attempting to smuggle in tobacco, marijuana and rolling papers to a David L. Moss inmate.

Brady was visiting an inmate when she was seen in video surveillance to have removed several envelopes from her person and shove them under the door into a room where attorneys visit their clients.

TCSO staff retrieved the envelopes were they discovered the contraband.

29-year-old Donnie Fitzgerald and 36-year-old Floyd Edwards were found attempting to retrieve the envelopes from under the door into their housing unit. Both Fitzgerald and Edwards are being charged with conspiracy to commit a felony.

TCSO investigators also learned that Brady had made previously made arrangements with another inmate to deliver contraband.

Brady was arrested for conspiracy to commit a felony and carrying drugs or alcohol into a jail.
