Second man arrested in Krazy Fish prostitution case

GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCIV) -- Another man was arrested and charged in a prostitution case that started at a Georgetown restaurant.

According to Georgetown police, Donovan Luther Miller, of Andrews, was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of prostitution.

Kenneth Carl Terry surrendered to police Tuesday morning and was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, promoting the prostitution of a minor and three counts of prostitution.

According to police, the owner, 46-year-old Terry, was propositioning young teenage boys at the Krazy Fish restaurant located on Front Street in Georgetown.

Terry's bond was set at $1.43 million.
