Administrative Coordinator - Part Time

POSITION SUMMARY:  Provide administrative support to general manager and human resources director. Assist with general personnel functions to include benefits, recruitment, orientation and employee database maintenance.  Coordinate program information distribution with internal departments as well as external services. Exciting position involving interaction with all departments. Approximately 20 hours per week.


REQUIREMENTS:  Must have minimum two years general office, personnel or human resources experience. Knowledge of business correspondence formats with strong communication, composition, proofreading and editing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint required. Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and independently are necessary. Must be able to effectively interact with staff and management and be available to work occasional flexible schedule.
