Tulsa Police are looking for a robbery and burglary suspect who pepper sprayed a bail bondsman, ran away, broke into a home, robbed an elderly woman, assaulted her daughter and stole their car.

It all began when police were called to the Smoothie King near 51st and Yale around 9 a.m. Wednesday on a report of a fight.

When officers arrived, they spoke with a bail bondsman who told them he was trying to take a suspect into custody for jumping bail when they got into a fight.

The suspect was able to get the bondsman's pepper spray and spray him, then ran from the building with handcuffs attached to one wrist.

While officers were on scene investigating, they found out the suspect, identified as Jonah Edward Beartusk, had broken into a home in the 4700 block of S. Hudson Pl., confronted an elderly woman and stole money from her purse.

Police said Beartusk then assaulted the woman's daughter when she arrived home and took her car keys, then left the scene in the victim's 2001 Grey/Teal Ford Taurus with Oklahoma tag 465 DWZ.

30-year-old Beartusk is described as a Native American male standing 6-feet tall and weighing 200 lbs.

Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
