WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCIV) -- A Summerville woman rammed her car repeatedly into her child's father's car on Tuesday after learning he was sleeping with another woman, according to a police report.

Charleston police report that 25-year-old Iasia Paulino Nathaniel used her Toyota sedan to repeatedly rear-end the car of the father of her 4-week-old daughter. The report states that the incidents happened on Tobias Gadson Boulevard headed toward Paul Cantrell Boulevard.

According to the report, Nathaniel tried to ram the man's car again, but he swerved and hit another man's car. The second man stopped while Nathaniel and the focus of her rage continued driving.

When police caught up to the two drivers, the victim said he was trying to take another woman to a doctor's appointment. He went on to say that Nathaniel was mad at him for sleeping with the other woman, according to the report.

Police noted that Nathaniel's 4-week-old daughter was sitting unrestrained in the back seat while Nathaniel rammed the girl's father's car. The victim also had his 3-year-old son in the front seat of his car, police reported.

Nathaniel was arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, second-degree assault and battery, unlawful conduct towards a child, and given two citations for safety seats and reckless driving.

Nathaniel was taken to the Charleston County Detention Center.
