Two Homeless After Apartment Fire

East Tulsa -

Two Tulsa residents are out of a home after their balcony caught fire Wednesday morning.

Tulsa Fire Department put out the fire at the Cobblestone Apartments near East 51st and Memorial.

The blaze woke some of the other residents up, sending them into a panic.

One of those people were Rebecca Gunter, who sprang out of bed after her neighbor woke her up and told her to get out.

Fortunately, no one was injured. Fire crews are investigating what caused the fire.

The Red Cross is helping three families affected with food and a place to stay.
