SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) -- Almost $10,000 worth of property damage was done in a Summerville neighborhood after gunshots were fired, said officials with the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office.
According to a police report, neighbors reported hearing several gunshots along Braly Drive in the Greenhurst subdivision at about 1 a.m. on Friday.

Another witness told deputies he saw a person lean out of a car window and shoot at a residence at 110 Braly Drive before speeding away, according to the report.
Damage to a glass door at the home and gunshot entry holes on the front and right sides of the residence totaled $5,000, according to the report.
Several vehicles in the neighborhood were also damaged by gunfire. According to a report, the vehicle damages are worth $4,800.
Deputies said a car matching the description given by witnesses was found running in the middle of the road with no one inside.
