ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WCIV) -– Orangeburg County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a man they say is wanted for an armed robbery that happened Sunday.

The suspect's photo, captured from surveillance video, was released on Tuesday.

"Video surveillance images captured a male that is believed to have robbed an 18-year-old male of his cash, debit card, and cell phone," said Sheriff Leroy Ravenell. "The male was walking back to his residence from a convenience store when he was physically attacked with a knife by the suspect in the surveillance image."

Ravenell said the victim's injuries were not life threatening.

Anyone with information on the suspect's identity and location is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 803-534-3550 or CrimeStoppers at 888-CRIME-SC.
