Tulsa Police: Suspects Use Ax During Home Invasion

Tulsa Police are looking for three suspects Monday morning following an armed robbery at a midtown apartment complex.

Officers told KTUL the incident took place around 3 a.m. near Braden Creek Apartments. It was there that three individuals broke into the apartment with guns in order to rob the occupants.

Police stated that once inside the suspects found an ax belonging to one of the occupants during the home invasion. One of the victims told KTUL that they used it to get inside one of the victim's closet.

He stated that the suspects proceeded to take an undisclosed amount of money, two flat screen TVs and an XBOX.

Investigators said the victims told officers the suspects were wearing masks.
