WASHINGTON, Oct. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Azerbaijan America Alliance, a non-partisan, non-profit organization promoting the culture, society, industry and history of the Azerbaijani people, will host its star-studded second annual gala dinner on October 30th at the National Building Museum in Washington, DC. Five hundred guests from Congress, the Administration, the Diplomatic Corps, think tanks and academia will attend this invite-only event.
Themed Celebrating Today, Building Tomorrow, the gala is being held under the honorary patronage of Azerbaijani Ambassador Elin Suleymanov. The evening will include world-renowned Azerbaijani architecture, music and dance as well as a dinner featuring a traditional Azerbaijani menu.
This year's event will also highlight the innovative architectural development of Azerbaijan and the growing relationship between the United States and Azerbaijan, while celebrating the ancient and rich culture of this important ally in the South Caucasus region.
