Reser's Foods Expand Salad Recall

Posted: Updated:

An Oregon-based company issues a recall notice on food you might have in the fridge right now.

Reser's Fine Foods  just expanded a recall on packaged salads. Company leaders made the move as a precaution, due to possible contamination with the bacteria, listeria.

The brand shouldn't be confused with Reasor's Grocery stores, headquartered in Tahlequah. However, Reser's products are sold there along with area Walmart stores and under several brand names.

The recall includes Reser's potato, pasta, tuna and egg salads from a factory in Kansas.

About 450 products are listed on the website. Visit this link to see a full list of products.

The expiration dates range from October 11, 2013 to February 6, 2014.
