NEW YORK (WJLA) - One of the co-founders of the popular athletic clothing line Lululemon has a message for some women - our pants may just not be for you.

In an interview with Bloomberg TV, Chip Wilson admitted that his company was to blame for a line of yoga pants that were considered too "see through," but also went on to say that some of the problem lies on the people who are wearing the pants.

"The thing is that women will wear seatbelts that don't work, or they'll wear a purse that doesn't work, or quite frankly some women's bodies just actually don't work for it," Wilson said, alongside his wife, in an appearance on Bloomberg's "Street Smart" program.

Lululemon was forced to recall a line of black yoga pants in March because the sheer material was revealing too much skin. A large amount of the company's apparel - 17 percent - are made with the combination of nylon and Lycra.

Wilson's wife also went on to explain during the interview how some women misuse the pants.
