CPD searching for woman last seen at funeral one week ago

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Officers with the Charleston Police Department are asking the public for help in finding a woman who was last seen one week ago.

Officers said Lakisha James, 31, was last seen at a funeral on Saturday, Nov. 2.

Officers said has been prescribed daily medication but she is not currently taking it. Officers believe she is a danger to herself.

James was last seen wearing a white shirt with a design on it, blue jeans and yellow or brown knee-high boots. She has a tattoo on the side of her left calf that says 'Antonio.' She also has a piercing in her left eyebrow.
